Semantics. Remember the Black Panthers? You honestly think these guys WOULDN'T overthrow a gov't that makes their business illegal? Is making money by any means OK? How about banl robbery or murder for hire? Libertarianism at its finest. If the bank's hired protection can't protect them, to H*** with them! Most often their violence is against competitors or against someone who defrauded them or stole from them. This makes murder OK? That doesn't make them something positive, or something that isn't a problem, but it does mean that they generally aren't at war against the government or society and there is no need to treat them as if they are aggressively waging war against us. You arrest them for their crimes, you don't literally wage war against them. The "war on drugs" (if it should be kept at all) shouldn't generally involve air strikes. Cops use helicopters. Shall they be grounded? The bomb was rather small, intended only to destroy that bunker, according to the record. The onus is on you to prove otherwise. Quite possibly, the crims, knowing a hit was coming, loaded that bunker with explosives to make a REALLY BIG BANG!
