Yeah, right. And it hit scores of unintended targets.

Remember, there were many law-abiding citizens, salt of the earth, if you will, living in that neighborhood. They were, after all, the ones who were living in fear because of the criminal activity around their homes.

Put more uniforms and plain clothes on the streets so that they can police such problem areas, for one. Ask yourself how things got so out of hand that bombing the entire neighborhood, including dozens of innocents, was the only solution the Philadelphia PD could come up with.

To date, Philadelphia is the only city in the US of A which has dropped an incendiary device on its citizens--not once but twice! - Holly
