We already have that. I am licensed to carry but that doesnt mean I can carry in every state. Turns out I have reciprocity in the states I visit so no problem for me. But just because I have a license in Fla. doesnt mean I can carry a concealed weapon in NY. As to the trigger lock, I think it more likely if a young child gets ahold of the weapon legally or otherwise and shoots himself or others, yes you probably would be charged if there wasnt a trigger lock on it. Anyhow, if you think HILLARY is gonna be easier on us gun people then Rudy, you then dont know Hillary very well. jdn
