yeah I feel better. I made a promise to myself to make as much noise as possible on this issue on various stock boards etc because I am so pissed off about it.

While it is true that justice cannot be unilaterally applied everywhere, within the same district (9th district) of the US justice dept, we should have a legal system that at least tries to approximate the same sentence for the same crimes. So there isn't any reason I can think of for one guy to get 20 years hard time for signing bad documents and another guy (Jobs) who signed the same type of documents with about 20x the affected charge, walk.

as I say, just like the parents who cry for zero tolerance until their kid gets caught.... thats what this is, and its pretty transparent.
