Laz, Again, My comments pertained to what I saw on the Bay Area news on KTVU which included live interviews with Richmond district merchants and residents. I searched KTVU's website but could find absolutely nothing on the topic. I did find this, however examiner.com Prior to reading the above, I was not aware that the San Francisco Board of Supervisors had actually passed an ordinance to restrict chain stores in their fair city. Most of the comments which follow this news item are largely at odds with what I heard on the KTVU piece. Please note that in my postings today, I have not offered any personal opinion on the matter; I merely echoed what I had heard from others who are closer to the situation. - Holly
