Most men maintain an illusion of themselves, and a mistress is likely to be involved in maintaining this illusion. So most men will have large pyschological incentives to lie or present a favorable view point to their mistresses, wives, and girlfriends. That incentive should not be as large with a reflexologist. Also, he might be better able to tell when the subject was lying. I also doubt that the reflexologist has a believe that the principal will divorce his wife and marry him ;-).
