Chris ESFS I am out of the country at present. Off the top of my head I don't have the share count. You may try calling (800) 649-1434. Their website has lots of info on the company but I don't think they give the share count.

In my view they have a system/product that is right for these times of concern for food contamination and for the environment, all at economical prices.

Would appreciate any info you find.

They ESFS have been promising Numbers for almost a year now giving none.I could be wrong but that is a Red flag imho P.S. I did own them once but sold back at the end of May

ESFS - They had 60 million a year ago when they did the merger. Like most pinkies, this one doesn't make it easy for one to obtain info on it. For that reason, I don't give it the benefit of the doubt; I just assume the share count has gone up even more. It may seem ironic; however, when these companies don't want to be transparent, i.e., candid, it's usually pretty easy to see through them.
