For arguments sake ets agree we are a foreign colonial power and israel is immigrants in a foreign land. So what. The outcome is what counts. Is US colonialism worse than bin laden/taliban rule or the ayotollahs? Do you insist that sunni arabs yield control to shias and persians? Or that the moderate arab states should be conquered by al queda. You make no sense.

And why is that? Because no country has attacked us. If another country attacked us, America would rise up and defeat them in no uncertain terms.

Most Americans know that Iraq is a war fought for some incomprehensible agenda they don't share, so they don't support it. Iran would be the same.
