I agree with you Cogito- but no stock suffered meaningfully due to options restating, it didn't matter that apple stock continued to go up- the issue was whether any of these stocks continued to go DOWN after options restatement and none did (monster, brocade, juniper etc) even though no companies stock performed as well as apple.

this meant nobody was defrauded and therefore criminal cases don't apply. Except the judges ruled they DID apply, with no real explanation as to why he thought that. Now we have a mess with potential to lock up half the CEOs in the country, and some poor saps are being targeted. I posted the brocade guy was convicted for "a guilty mind", even though within this massive scheme he wasn't even smart enough to participate in his own conniving scheme. Give me a break, everybody has a guilty mind. One guy I know has a guilty mind is Gates.

How about OJ can we lock up OJ for a guilty mind? I think we'd all like that!
