Nice article, but I wonder if discounting demographic information is more of a PC position as opposed to what actually occurs. I would guess occupation and religious views would give the greatest insight to a person’s thought process.

Boy, that is interesting! It's no wonder a lot of dramatic TV shows are centered around the courtroom.

I sometimes wish there would be a good movie that features the jury. I've seen a good one, and a bad one.

The good one was "Twelve Angry Men" with Henry Fonda.

The bad one had wonderful actors, Gene Hackman and others, but it was merely a bastardization of the novel on which it based.

There was a variant of Law and Order called Trial by Jury. It quickly folded, which is a shame, I think.
