It doesn't say "found" guilty. It says he IS guilty. It doesn't take a court of law to know he's guilty. And, as far as a court of law, when a person is "found" guilty AND they actually ARE guilty, that person was guilty even BEFORE the court "found" it so. Shrub IS guilty...he belongs in Gitmo to await his turn to appear in front of a war crimes tribunal to be found so and dealt with accordingly. But I'm sure you're too much of a moron to understand this point.
