He did have a pill popping problem at one time. Don't know what if any legal problem he had over it.

Johnny Cash stated the Clintons were very much in love when he met them. It's in his last book. He described them as like teenagers in love, holding hands and giggling. I know Bill fools around, but it doesn't mean he doesn't love his wife. Maybe he just separates sex from love in his mind. Many people do.
