If the # is actually 200,000 units....this is mice nuts. Again look at the number of households data, the unsold inventory has grown but has it grown at a faster rate, than the number of households ? No one can say, because no one actually knows the demand data from illegals currently residing and working in the US, and this is just one of a number of indeterminable data points. My guess is that this crisis is wall street prime banker broker related.....in other words its an excuse. I for one am not buying the whole charade. the data being used for extrapolating each negative story are woefully incomplete.
