Check the news from UK today. All health personnel in their state healthcare facilities have been ordered to wear short sleeves to work. It's an apparent attempt to control rampant staph infections throughout all hospitals & clinics. The gov rep explained to the press that hospital workers were not disinfecting higher than their wrists prior to the new guideline. Sounds like a bullet-proof system, doesn't it.
