I've ended up with middle seats in two situations:

1) Traveling with my family, when we have a row and I volunteer to let the kid have the window seat; or

2) When I book late.

I have not flowin in over a year, and I'm going to see if I can extend that record. It's gotten to be such a hassle anymore, I just don't care to put myself through the grief.
