Now the bad news. What happens if the Fed lowers rates and does not print? We should see soon enough.

I feel like I'm standing in front of a charging Rhino. I have a rifle, but only one bullet, so it has to count. I'm staring the beast in the eyes as it bears down on me, waiting until the very last possible moment to pull the trigger. This is very exciting!

What do you think will happen if the Fed lowers rates but does not print?
