The guy asked his question, Kerry was answering, when he said he had two more questions and just kept talking over Kerry's answer. The guy obviously WANTED to cause a scene and get some attention. Anybody but an idiot knows that when the police are arresting you, if you DON'T want to get tasered or clubbed, you don't resist. The guy was resisting violently, screaming and causing a big scene, which seemed to be what he wanted to do. I thought the cops showed too much restraint.
