I hope that O2 means Telefonica is also signed on to Spain. Aside from the big 3, Italy is another bigger country that bears watching. Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, and Poland seem to be other larger countries that haven't made the news yet but add good incremental sales. Those might have to wait till after the big Asian deals...

The rumors point to Telefonica in Spain and Telecom Italia in Italy, but neither has been as widely reported as the big 3 (O2 in the UK, Orange in France, and T-Mobile in Germany).
