You like your personal forest a little tighter than I do. That is no surprise. I grew up land that used to be burned to the ground every year. There were no forests in this part of the Great Plains for many generations prior to the arrival of the white man. I have four little quercus alba to find homes for sometime soon that sprouted from acorns. I think one of them has a place, one down and three to go. This assumes the rabbits don't kill them this winter.
