Well the saga of the trip goes like this. We left Monday morning and drove to about mid NE. Got up Tues am and proceed to campground in Golden. About 70 miles from Denver start having over heating trouble. Actually had to pull over and stop once. Now I know it was 85 but if I can't get to Denver I'm surely not going to make it over the divide to Glenwood Springs area. So we get a recommend from the camp ground for a place to work on the thing and I call them. They can't get me in for 3 weeks but they have opened a new outlet north of Denver on 25 about 15 miles. So I call them and they can get me in. So I sit there from 2 until 4 and the guy tells me that the breather tube has plugged the radiator with oil and water and the only repair is to pull the radiator and send it off to be repaired and cleaned. This will require 34 hours of his labor as I'm looking at a sign saying 128 per hour on motorhomes and the real kicker was he said he could have us back on the road in 10 days to 2 weeks. I declined his generous offer thinking once I was back to the prairie I would be fine and we turned and left getting as far as the last wayside in CO on 76 and spending the night there and driving back to Eau Claire on Wed.

So 2100 miles in 3 days was my vacation:(
