Countries with commodity plays have strong currencies. I think that in time a strong economy with fiscal responsiblity will get stronger when the current slowdown starts affecting other nations. I fully expect dollar to bottom here. When i say bottom and said bottom i did not mean to imply it would happen on the day rates fell. Actually it will probably not happen that quick but when it becomes cleart that bush is using veto power and Us economy has turned corners and be position to lead next leg up in global bull dollar will start to strenghten.
