Somebody is watching- Congressman Wexler who threatened the EU yesterday that if the EU continues down the path their going it will be "disastrous".

One positive aspect of this whole thing is that the U.S. is almost guaranteed to see more risk taking Europeans flee for more friendly shores.

Engineer, you are not the only one who disagrees with me on this issue. In fact, I now seem to be a majority of one. This debate started after the EU decision on Microsoft, and the premise is that if the EU can rule against Microsoft, just wait and see what they do to QUALCOMM. My only answer remains as before: QUALCOMM is not Microsoft.
