I see... okay, well, you completely missed my entire point... I never said that kerry did anything... in fact, I'm saying that he did nothing, absolutely nothing... he did nothing to stop the police from using what appears to be excessive force on this guy... they used a tazer on him, why? There was no reason to escalate the force, these police were out of line... I'm a retired State law enforcement officer, I know the matrix for the proper use of force in a situation as issued and recommended by the FBI, this guy was not presenting a threat to these cops, there was absolutely no need to escalate to using a tazer gun on him, what a horrific thing to do to someone who was not presenting a threat, he was already on the ground, they simply could have applied a standard take down procedure and cuffed him if they wanted to... maybe they weren't real police or certified officers and didn't know what they were doing, but they're certainly responsible for their actions, I hope the guy files against them and the school...

My other point was that kerry was also a protester, that, of all people, kerry should have allowed the guy to speak if he had more questions... look at that room, it's the school lunch room, no one is there, kerry certainly didn't draw a crowd, so what wrong with letting the guy speak and have a legitimate dialogue... the fact that the police tortured the guy when he was not resisting is the issue... kerry did nothing, and that's the problem, he did absolutely nothing to stop the police from brutalizing this guy who had one more question... wasn't that gathering all about having an open dialogue? Why did the police take this guy down? I think he has a legitimate suit against the school...

Okay, now I feel better, now that I ranted some...<g>
