I disagree with the notion that you have to raise taxes to cover it. That's not fiscal responsibility, that's wishful thinking. Cut spending first. Both of which Clinton did. You have to pay for what you have...there's no free lunch pal. A rep congress said of Clinton that his fiscal policies would ruin the nation...well we saw how right they were. (Or just lower interest rates and leave it to the next president ... oh wait ...) In the absence of anything positive after 7 years of republican rule the current housing and lending crunch must be providing you guys with some new rare but dysfunctional epiphany. Al
