LOL. Atlanta is no better. A few years ago, when trying to get a city business license for a startup located in a probably 20+ year old building on the edge of the Georgia Tech campus, I had to carry the application up to the zoning department so they could sign off. Their zoning map of the area, instead of showing that and numerous other 3-7 story buildings and parking lots, showed a residential neighborhood of single family homes.
