My family had a similar experience with regard to a commercial property we have owned on a major highway in Massachusetts since 1966. The state needed to take a few feet of the entrance driveway to modify an on ramp to the highway. But they had no record of the property or it's owners. So at considerable taxpayer expense they altered their construction plans to circumvent the property that doesn't exist.

I have the subject bookmarked, but constraints of time limit the number of subjects I can actively monitor. I had previously noted that Sidney was a perveyor of liberal fiction.

(Though I did read the whole first blog entry. That is incredible.)
