I don't think that is true. I really like Bush Sr. He was old school and he was smart. You could always count on him doing what the Republican base felt was the right thing to do. With Bush Jr., you can only count on him being stubborn and persistent in the face of proven failures. You know what Einstein said...something to the effect that the definition of insanity is to do the same thing over and over again and expect different results. Based on that definition, Bush is insane when it comes to Iraq.

I didn't necessarily mean the presidents.....but the people in lower positions. After all, the T. Delays, Cunninghams, Ted Stevens etc didn't get corrupt overnite. They've been working at it for years.
