you seem to have no grasp of the economic and social realities of post ww1 europe.

people were for more concerned about the red scare and saw germany and franco as possible allies against the bolshies.

but they were also so so tired of war...but then you would not sympothise at all with them would you?

Have you noticed that Chinton cannot answer a question with a straight answer. Kind of sad actually. He makes good points but is so stubborn that he will fight you over a month in time.
Have you also noticed that the left who championed George Kennan and containment and survived the 50s and 60s because of a policy of deterrence are now against both. Weird stuff.
