Mr. Turek also served as the President of M-wave Inc. from 1988 to February 1997. West-Tronics entered into an assignment for the benefit of creditors in December 1988 pursuant to which M-wave Inc. purchased the assets and assumed certain liabilities of West-Tronics, Inc. I'm sure the US Trustee can establish just who owes what to whom, and who is the actual owner of the 'Plasticon' molds.
