You are correct though, when a cop offers you a boot, the smart thing to do is to lick it. semi-serious question here.... i just watched the tape (yet again) and the uniformed guards/cops (whatever they were) approach the guy FROM BEHIND and as the guy turns sideways and holds up his book....(you know the one that kerry said he read? lol).... did anyone hear a moderator speak over the guy and say, sir, your time is up, please sit down... instead you see the cops/guards in the picture looking at someone for a 'go ahead' sign and then the just move to grab the guy youtube.com how would you react if someone comes up from behind you and begins to man/woman handle you because you are asking a question in a political forum? all that said, yes, the guy is still a clown oh and yes, i do love kerry addressing him while the manhandling is going on about his 'important question' lol

Overwrought and agitated cop threatens teen with false charges, caught on dashcam: breitbart.tv But the Taser Kid wasn't "just asking questions." He was deliberately holding the whole room hostage to his ego. The only "free speech" issue was that he was shutting it down for the rest of the people at the event.

You are correct though, when a cop offers you a boot, the smart thing to do is to lick it. We have given them enough laws to work with you could face life in prison just walking out your front door if the cops have a mind to make life nasty for you. Keep in mind also, if there are no witnesses, the cops may say what they need to say to justify their actions. Many times there will be a car stop with no reasonable suspicion or probable cause and the stated reason for the stop will be "driving erratically."
