Here is a perfect example.... it may just be delicious:

Art's Mock Crabmeat Casserole

4 cup mayonnaise
4 cup sour cream
8 tablespoons parsley
4 tablespoon onion; diced
4 green pepper; diced
1 tablespoons curry powder
24 hard-boiled eggs; chopped
4 pound mock crabmeat
1 pinch paprika

Combine all ingredients, except paprika. Turn into greased 1 1/2 - quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350F for 40 to 50 minutes. Serve over hot, cooked rice. Source: Art Reed, Silver Springs, MD
