Might just be sell on news with Germany announcement not bringing any surprises, and no mention of countries outside Germany, which might have been a bit of a disapointment. That doesn't mean that work on other european countries are going to stop, but that they're not ripe to announce yet, so no real worries. It's also nearing options expiration and some forces are driving prices lower. With the stock having moved so far, the shorts are doing whatever they can to lower the price, even if only temporary.
