Looks like Mr. Sem is concerned that any Turek owned entity goes bye-bye once the US Trustee takes over. Considering the price PLNI (allegedly) paid for these companies, given the amount owed to creditors, simply handing these companies back (at least on paper to perhaps avoid scrutiny) isn't going to fly with the US Trustee. In fact, it could add to the fraud charges that are sure to come.
