To recap:

As of 8/16/07, according to avdave, Ultimate Surface LLC was in the name of Mr. Sem: siliconinvestor.com

Somewhere prior to 9/12/07 it was in Turek's name: Message 23875659

Today, it's back in Sem's name.

I've gone through the various combinations of why each one would or would not want their names on file in Nevada and nothing makes sense. For example, if Turek is the one who initiated the switch back to Sem to avoid the seizure of this asset, why did he put things in his name in August when PLNI was already in bankruptcy? It makes no sense for Sem to have done that if he values his company at all. Strange.
