As Clinton's former pollster said on a radio interview today, Hillary Care II is a ticket to learning how to accept NO as an answer on YOUR medical care. If a doctor examines you and you need a kidney transplant to survive, they look at you as say you are 75, you are overweight and you drink; they determine that you are a waste of medical dollars and tell you that you will not receive the transplant. You ask about another hospital, and they patiently explain that no means no. You inquire about a second opinion and they somewhat perturbedly remind you that the bureaucratic dictum cannot be overturned. So when you inquire about private payment for the procedure they inform you that both they and you would be breaking the law if they accepted money for a procedure that had been denied by government bureaucrats.
