My recollection is AGI had a smooth start up... What has "showed up later" IMO is much lower grade gold now relative to their high grading on start up. Lower grade ore was expected per the mine plan this year.

I too bought a small, new position in AGI recently. Still watching McCluskey insider trading for clues, but he has been a seller of late...
