Dizzy...I was talking about the U.S. Embassy under construction in Iraq. Isn't THAT considered U.S. territory???
OR, did we just pick out some Iraqi land and decide to put up a BILLION dollar building there without checking it out with the Iraqis????

How many times has THAT one been hit, even though we have 160,000 troops there to defend it????
