Bush was still searching for the WH kitchen in Aug 2001. Stop trying to deflect blame from the president who failed to keep 3000 Americans safe from insane Muslim jihadists--Bill Clinton. He had the chance to take OBL out during his Adm, after numerous al Qaeda strikes on American personnel & property, instead he refused to do so due to concern the UN would find the evidence too weak. Republican Prezs don't make that mistake. They shoot first, protect Americans lives, take care of the diplomacy afterwards. That's the correct attitude.
