The Jena, LA ruckus just caught my eye. DA Nifong is the rat to blame for triggering this latest round of racial tensions. In his pitiful attempt to gain reelection, he charged those 3 college students without any evidence--dragged them for months on end through the mud, but no one jumped on buses to protest the injustice. Those boys will never really regain their reputations. Then Michael Vick's brutality causes an outrage across the entire country and OJ resurfaces with another caper. But why should the 6 high school students in Jena, who gave another student a brutal beating, not pay for their crime? You can be sure Hillary and the other Dem candidates will play this latest flare up for all it's worth for their own political benefit. If they get carried away it could very well backfire on them in Nov 08.
