That is correct. Fact they had to cut by 50 bps is very scary indeed. I find it amusing that many stil fail to realize what the yield curve has been shouting for over a year. It is like the Fed and this administration is trying their very best indeed to nurture this market in a pre-election year. It is very blatent. I assume you could feed and care for a baby lion up to a point. Then when he grows and tires of the nurturing n search of his own food he will break out of his cage and rip your head off, quickly forgetting you were the one nurturing him.
