Every advanced nation provides everyone in their country an education (from kindergarten to 12th grade equivalent).

Every advanced nation provides universal heathcare to everyone in their country.

That is the direction where we are headed. There is no use in fighting it. Besides, that is also the right thing to do (against whatever Ayn Rand might think according to her crazy contrary notions).

Hillary's health care proposal provides universal health care without tearing down anything that is currently working. She is proposing partnerships with private and public organizations to provide coverage for those that are not currently covered.

She is taking a practical approach to something that has to be done.

Some of the additional costs will be covered by more efficiency and by preventative care.
