And Steve is a liberal dem. What attorneys are left now in the DOJ must have passed muster with the White House...and all that implies...not exactly a friendly room...

On the other hand, these attorneys must have kids who love iPhones and iPods, and Apple stock in their 401k ( if they're lucky!) They're probably fans.

My guess is, rather than skewer one of the country's most beloved and revered businessmen/innovators, the DOJ will find a way to make this go far, far away....
with everything else that is going wrong with the economy, it would be foolish and pointless to pursue this case any further...

jobs better not be a smartass in the DOJ. here, being the smartest does not help. don't think for a moment that these DOJ paper pushers does not envy what jobs has. jobs should learn to shut up and give only what's required. can he bring counsel? he should.

This sort of thing is amazing! If Jobs did try to manipulate stuff to get paid more in a lawbreaking manner, shouldn't he be brought to justice? It has been the same for other lawbreakers. Why is Jobs different? Because you like his stock or his products?
If he hasn't done anything wrong, he will be fine.
