Far as I am concerned EVERY MOSQUE should have as a requirement a stationed FBI agent observing things. How do they like those banannas? Every terrorist incident I have heard of is INITIATED in a MOSQUE. Seems their "Religion" is overthrow of the USA government. Thats how I FEEL. jdn

Most labor contracts agree on the cost of the settlement, then it is borken down between wages, pension, health and welfare, etc. If the government took over part of the cost of H and W, the Union would claim wages should go up or more should go to pensions. Even if the Employer ended up paying more in taxes to cover the new programs, the attitude of the unions would be that they need a cover plan over and above the government plan....then more in other areas.
