How many schools outside the deep south have "white trees"?

It goes both ways. There are "black trees" also.

It's probably easier in a small southern town for the authorities to handle things this poorly, but again nobody has a monopoly on anything here. Think of all those people who left Europe due to religious persecution and then proceeded to apply the same persecution to others once their colony was established here. Not pretty, but very normal.

How about it! That really surprised me. From my experience with the Gulf Coast culture, I expected it to be "black trees".
