You know fish is great brain food....

You know, you ought to fish for a whale......

skit by the Three Stooges circa 1936.

Yep they knew their stuff way back when nobody else did.

anyways, I've ordered a half steer from Sweet Meadows Organic Farm in Ohio.....tried some samples a while back and found flavor like meat had 40 years ago. And the fat in organic cattle is actually good for you......so maybe.....your family would do well on organic beef if they have a hard time breaking the moo habit.

I"m really not sure about red meat. I still believe that since all the dangerous issues (pesticides, herbicides, antibiotics growth hormones and who knows what else is stuffed into these animals for profit) is stored in the fat tissues, that organics may not pose the same problems. After all, we ate meat for 1000's of years with no obvious dangers. I also believe that EVERYTHING becomes more dangerous to your system when compounded by food colorings, preservatives, sugar, super-heated oils, etc.

Keeping toxins out of your life is the most important thing to do...next, avoid prescription drugs.
