Why would delaying the deposition help Jobs avoid the perjury issue? Won't it be in his benefit to give his deposition and put the issue behind him and the company?

Why are you anticipating that iPhone sales may disappoint? I do agree on the computer sales being way up.

don't know but Jobs won't appear for a while
I remember reading somewhere that it's in November, assuming no postponements by the lawyers.
