Well, I don't think she's as polarizing as she's made out to be... she gets along really well with the Republican Senators, even Sam Brownback, and has also gotten close with Newt.

She's polarizing in the press because it has sold papers for the New York Post and Washington Times and gotten eyeballs for Fox News. It ain't surprising that Rupert Murdoch has been holding fundraisers for her.


Behind the scenes, she is not all that polarizing. However, when she speaks in public, she can be very opinionated and abrasive. That's what I think people perceive her as polarizing. Same with Edwards. Obama tries to take in both sides of the equation......Bill Clinton was good at that as well.
