Yes they could make it even better by listing tickers, another thing they could do is total up fresh cash on full dilution, which in their case is considerable [and will, along with the cash that Varvar is about to throw off, make this a growth story quite soon, unless they pay out dividends, and no one does that any more] ... and a third is, they could make sure it is updated often, at least once a month [have no idea how often they actually do] The first thing i want to know when clicking on a company website is, what is the share structure ... all of it, not just some 'shares outstanding' figure from a year and a half and a gazillion shares ago, but what is the full picture right now ... don't want pretty fotos that suck bandwidth, no thank you, although claim maps and drill plans are great once i develop enough interest to get that far ... but so many outfits hide their share structure, and often for good reason, as it is sloppy and does not reflect well on their history or their prospects ... epm has had problems in the past, a decade long gold bear and bouts of delaying politics, hence so many shares out, but they have the guts to look you in the eye and say so, lay it out clear Canaccord Adams - amark, might be a little difference in this case, it's my impression that they will know the epm people quite well ... others know them also - did you ever see this, the first post on the old thread when it was kmc.u - Message 581013
