The Securities and Exchange Commission announced the temporary suspension... of trading of the securities of Plasticon... at 9:30 a.m. on September 21, 2007, and terminating at 11:59 p.m. on October 4, 2007.

The grave was dug long ago, the bankruptcy was the burial, this suspension of trading is the dirt piled on, and on October 3, when Turek will no longer be in control of Plasticon, will be the placement of the headstone. The next stage of the proceedings will be who killed Plasticon. But I think the script has already been written and just needs to be played out (again) on this. The only unknowns are who else besides James N. Turek Sr. will be nailed.

SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934 Release No. 34-56489 / September 21, 2007

The Securities and Exchange Commission announced the temporary suspension, pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the “Exchange Act”), of trading of the securities of Plasticon International, Inc. (“Plasticon”), of Lexington, Kentucky at 9:30 a.m. on September 21, 2007, and terminating at 11:59 p.m. on October 4, 2007.

The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of Plasticon because Plasticon is delinquent on most of its required filings since November 1997.

ORDER OF SUSPENSION OF TRADING

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
Before the
SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION
September 21, 2007

In the Matter of Plasticon International Inc.,
File No. 500-1

ORDER OF SUSPENSION OF TRADING

It appears to the Securities and Exchange Commission that there is a lack of current and accurate information concerning the securities of Plasticon International Inc. (“Plasticon”) because Plasticon is delinquent on most of its required filings since November 1997.

The Commission is of the opinion that the public interest and the protection of investors require a suspension of trading in the securities of the above-listed company.

Therefore, it is ordered, pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, that trading in the above-listed company is suspended for the period from 9:30 a.m. EDT on September 21, 2007, through 11:59 p.m. EDT on October 4, 2007.

By the Commission.
