I looked and looked into their financial statements and don't see anything suspicious, other than mild incompetence. They were careful to use overpriced equity along with debt in all their overpriced purchases. Unless they have, as you say, skeletons in the closet, ENT below $2 looks like a three for one sale on natural gas and oil. My one year target is the $4-$5 area, unless my usual caution kicks in and I exit too early <g>
